Rob da Bank, who organizes said in a statement, “Hey ya! By the power invested in me as chief Bestival booker, I’m pretty darn excited to announce that Outkast are headlining Bestival this year.” He added further by saying that they have struggled hard to the recently re-united legendry hip hop duo to headline the event and it has been successful. Palm trees, grass skirts and mirrorballs are the order of the day. It truly is gonna be the Bestival yet. 2013’s Bestival was headlined by Elton John, Snoop Dogg and Fatboy.

Returning after a hiatus of seven years, Outkast will spend the summer celebrating their 20th anniversary by appearing as a marquee act at series of events four of which have been announced including New York’s Governors Ball.
