T.I. is doing good from behind bars. The incarcerated rapper, who is currently serving an 11-month sentence for violating his probation, sponsored a bus trip for 46 family members to visit 14 inmates serving time alongside him at the Forrest City Correctional Facility in Forrest City, Arkansas…..

Rick Ross is making it clear: Drake was not dissing Jay-Z on any of his new verses. Ricky Rozay, along with a few of his Maybach Music Group infantrymen (Meek Mill, Wale, Pill), stopped by “RapFix Live” and made the clarification while heaping praise on Hova. After telling MTV News’ Sway Calloway that he and Drake converse often, and sometimes via iChat, Ross spoke highly of Jay-Z, who was president of Def Jam when the Miami rapper first signed to the label as a solo artist.

While talking to the host, Game also talked about his young children, explaining that his oldest son Harlem is starting to realize that his dad is a famous rapper. “My oldest son, he just figured it out maybe three weeks ago,” he continued. “My oldest son Harlem’s about to be eight, and so he’s at school and he comes home and he’s like, ‘Dad, are you The Game?’ and I’m like ‘Uh, yeah.’ He’s like, ‘You’re a singer?’ And I’m like, ‘Yeah, sort of.’ He’s like, ‘Like the Jonas Brothers?’ I’m like, ‘Yeah, sort of.’”…

Lil Wayne and Mary J. Blige are set to hit the stage at this Sunday’s 2011 Billboard Music Awards, airing live on ABC at 8 p.m. EST. The duo are scheduled to perform their collaborative single “Someone To Love Me (Naked)” originally featured on Diddy-Dirty Money’s Last Train to Paris and rerecorded for Blige’s upcoming album My Life II, The Journey Continues….
