Brother from the late Pop King Michael Jackson, Jermaine Jackson’s missed child support payments continue to catch up with him.

After getting his license confiscated last year, the brother of Michael Jackson is now reportedly stuck in Burkina Faso, because he can’t get his passport renewed.

According to TMZ.com, Jackson’s passport expired while he was overseas, and he cannot renew it. He owes $91,000 to Alejandra Genevieve Oaziaza, mother of two of his sons.

U.S. State Department of Child Support Services automatically passes on information to law officials, who can prevent a person renewing their travel documents until they are up to date with their agreed payment plan.

Jackson could probably get some sort of document from the U.S. Embassy in Burkina Faso that would allow him to return to the United States.

Jackson, 56, was a member of the Jackson 5 and has had a career as a singer, composer and occasionally director. He previously asked a judge to cut his support payment down to $215 per-month, and insisted his ex-wife earns more money than him and lives for free at his mother Katherine’s estate.
