It all happened yesterday (Mar. 22), where R&B singer Chris Brown allegedly cracked a window after getting upset following an interview with Good Morning America host Robin Roberts, many thought the “Look at me Now” star had violated his 5-year probation.
But according to new reports, ABC will not press charges against Brown for vandalizing their property and since there was no victim in the incident, the New York district attorney will not file charges against the entertainer.

Less than 24 hours after the shooting, Haiti police officials are dismissing those reports. "We met with the doctor who saw him and he confirmed Wyclef was cut by glass," Vanel Lacroix, police chief in Petionville said in a statement, printed in The International Business Times. Jean has stated that he is unaware of who the shooter was, or if he was the intended target. The artist's management has already confirmed that he has recovered.

Since their introduction, major record labels have typically given artists an 18-23% royalty split of all of digital downloads. In 2004, The Bass Brothers, collectively known as F.B.T. Productions, filed a suit against Aftermath Records and Universal Music Group. The lawsuit called for an increased royalty share of the alleged $2.5 million Eminem's digital downloads made between 2003 and 2008.

Jean, a native of Haiti who rocketed to fame as a member of the hip-hop trio The Fugees, is in his home country to support fellow musician and friend Michel "Sweet Micky" Martelly, one of two presidential candidates in a run-off vote taking place Sunday. Last week, Jean participated in a Martelly concert in downtown Port-au-Prince that sought to win over voters.
