No Interviews For Chris Brown This Year

Following a handful of dicey interviews over the past few years, Chris Brown may not talk to the press through 2012. During an interview with Billboard magazine, Brown’s manager Tina Davis said that they will not be focusing on interviews in 2012 but will instead divert attention to performing and recording.
“[The goal for 2012 is to] not have him do interviews but to concentrate on performing and recording,” said Davis.

The nominees have been announced for this year’s 2011 BET Hip Hop Awards, with Lil Wayne nabbing a record-breaking 18 nods.

Behind Weezy were Kanye West and Wiz Khalifa, both of whom earned nine nominations and will go head-to-head in the MVP of the Year category. Rick Ross follows with eight nods, while Chris Brown and Nicki Minaj each scored six.

Music and Hollywood’s biggest and brightest stars all came out to the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles for the 2011 BET Awards Sunday (June 26) night. Lil Wayne, Chris Brown, Nicki Minaj, Drake, Trey Songz, host Kevin Hart, Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith were all in attendance as BET celebrated the year in music. The ceremony kicked off in royal fashion as the Queen of Hip-Hop Soul, Mary J. Blige, took the stage wearing an all-white jumpsuit performing “Mary Jane (All Night Long)” and “You Bring Me Joy” from her 1994 My Life album. MJB didn’t stop there, bringing out Anita Baker so the two could sing Baker’s 1986 classic “Caught Up in the Rapture.”…

Chris Brown Won’t Have to Worry About Being Jailed.

It all happened yesterday (Mar. 22), where R&B singer Chris Brown allegedly cracked a window after getting upset following an interview with Good Morning America host Robin Roberts, many thought the “Look at me Now” star had violated his 5-year probation.
But according to new reports, ABC will not press charges against Brown for vandalizing their property and since there was no victim in the incident, the New York district attorney will not file charges against the entertainer.
