Snoop Dogg was arrested in Texas this past weekend after a drug-sniffing dog uncovered marijuana on his tour bus. The Doggfather’s tour bus was stopped by border patrol at a checkpoint in Sierra Blanca, the same location where Willie Nelson was arrested for weed in 2010. Agents discovered a prescription bottle with several marijuana joints inside of it totaling under a half-ounce of weed. Snoop said that the weed was his and had a prescription for it, but Texas has a zero tolerance policy for weed regardless of his status in other states.

According to sources, Snoop is being sued by a Lebanese concert promoter for smoking marijuana at a 2009 performance at the Forum de Beruit, which he claims harmed his reputation in his community. The incident in question was apparently captured on film and later used in the video for Snoop's '09 song "That's Tha Homie" from Malice N Wonderland.

According to TMZ, 40 Glocc, whose real name is Lawrence White, has been incarcerated since the event took place on October 3rd. The police report says that 40 accused his girlfriend of "playing him," prompting him to hit her in the head, face legs and ribs as well as choking her to the point where "she could not speak or breathe."
