Nicki Minaj and Usher have collaborated with electronic dance music musicians to expand their reach worldwide, but Drake says he won’t follow the trend. During an interview with NME (via MixMag), the Young Money rapper said that he has no interest in making “David Guetta stuff” because it isn’t true to his artistry. “For me, the David Guetta stuff just doesn’t work. I don’t really wanna go there,” he said. “There’s other artists, that’s their sound. They feel in order to thrive internationally that they gotta do straightforward, four to the floor, David Guetta, Pitbull music.”

USA – CHICAGO — A gift of balloons sent singer Jennifer Hudson’s then brother-in-law into such a jealous rage that he shot dead her mother, brother and 7-year-old nephew in a horrific act of vindictiveness in the home where the Hollywood star grew up. A prosecutor is expected to tell jurors that Monday during opening statements at the trial of William Balfour. He is charged with three counts of first-degree murder in the Oct. 24, 2008, slayings that generated nationwide headlines because of Hudson’s fame.

Three days after a judge set his bail at $150,000, George Zimmerman was released from a Florida jail at midnight on Monday (April 23). The neighborhood watch volunteer charged with murder in the February shooting of teen Trayvon Martin
 left the John E. Polk Correctional Facility in Sanford, Florida, in the middle of the night and was whisked away without speaking to reporters, according to CNN

But does the success of the Tupac mini-set mean that holograms are the touring industry’s version of 3-D movies?

Lil Wayne’s entourage spat in a photographer’s face, pushed him to the ground in the rain, then smashed up his bicycle, according to a police report filed last week in Miami. Guess it’s safe to say he didn’t want his picture taken. According to the report, obtained by TMZ, the photog spotted Wayne and his entourage skateboarding outside a church — right beside a “no skateboarding” sign — so he decided to take pictures.
